All customers must present a copy of a valid Resale Certificate or Wholesale Business Tax ID Number from
New York State. For those outside of New York State, including international buyers, please supply us with an
equivalent document, such as a Seller's Permit or Sales Tax License issued by the state where your business
is located or another form of proof of your business license/jewelry-related business status.

Please note that we have a minimum order of $50.00. For orders under the minimum, a $5.00 service charge
will be added.)
If the product is on Product for order .The minimum quality for order is 10 Strand .Allow 2-3 weeks to ship the
items .
Back orders: We aim to provide you with a complete supply of your orders. However, since we cannot stock
every single item at all times, please indicate whether or not you would like back orders filled.
Due to the nature of our merchandise the complete accuracy of product specification cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policy :
Return shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. All customers are responsible for paying the return
costs. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Partial, loosened, damaged, or worn strand
are not acceptable.
Return within 10 days:
If the merchandise is returned to us within 10 calendar days after you have received it, we issue a complete
refund of the amount you paid for your purchase. Therefore, please inspect your order immediately upon
receipt, so you can decide as soon as possible whether or not to keep your purchase.
Return within 30 days:
If the merchandise is returned to us after 10 calendar days, but within 30 calendar days after you have received
it, we will issue a refund, but with an additional 10% re-stocking fee.
Return within 60 days:
If the merchandise is returned to us after 30 calendar days, but within 60 calendar days after you have received
it, we will issue a refund, but with an additional 20% re-stocking fee.
No return will be accepted after 60 calendar days.
